Michael Sheehan is a trial lawyer with extensive experience practicing in all trial courts within the Commonwealth, both prosecuting and defending criminal cases. Attorney Sheehan graduated from Boston College High School and the College of the Holy Cross before graduating from New England School of Law in 2006.
Attorney Sheehan began his career as an Assistant District Attorney with Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz's Office where he tried more than 100 jury trials, and countless jury-waived trials, from 2006 until he left the office in 2014.
After leaving the Plymouth County District Attorney's office, Attorney Sheehan spent an additional five years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn's office, where he supervised the Taunton District Court and handled major felony cases in the Bristol County Superior Court in Fall River.
Since 2019, Attorney Sheehan has been in private practice concentrating on criminal and OUI defense. He represents clients in all District and Superior Court criminal matters, including major felonies and murder.
